Nearly arrested outside the Albert Dock!!!!! PUBLIC and PRIVATE property.

I am currently editing a video with local Liverpool artist Illy and photographs to go with this series. Due to the Counter Terrorism Act this is slowing me down but I feel it will add to the performances I did on the steps of NML World Museum.
